Proposed Initial Idea Developement

The following show the initial ideas used. From the beginnings of how I would come up with the idea and what I could look into. These were notes I used to research more into and ideas I came up with through out the resort. To the final outcome of Outdoors Fahion brand.  

SWOT

SWOT STRENGTHS A&F is a popular brand, which is known globally, allowing them to make use of different customers in international markets. To gain attention and a clearer target consumer.  Currently they have 843 stores in the US and 186 international stores within all 3 brands.   They have the unique store design of darkroom and music which majority of customers like, as it is something they cannot experience in other stores.  Caring about an experience, for the brand music was a key atmosphere, which they carried on for customers who want to shop from the app. They have created a feature which is not seen in any competitors branding app. It's a way of setting them different to others.   The use of loyalty cards, which helps create loyalty for customers in brand, from the consumer feedback, teen liked the ideas about club Callie. They can use this as an expansion and promote it more. Gaining loyalty will be key as more customers are likely to spend....

Ethical And Environmental Issues Caused By Abercrombie & Fitch

The dark and concealed secrets of fashion, Involving ethical and environmental matters. From the research I have found that Abercrombie & Fitch are not the innocent brand as they were telling people .  The brand in September 15 2017 were a part of a global appeal where they were addressing the matters of deforestation, in a way they would protect the trees by replacing the fabric/fibres like Visco and Rayon as t hey were exposed to the environmental risk and were wanting to change  (Ethan Nuss, 2017).  Nonetheless, in previous years, it was found that they had lied about their policy and adapting to the change. This did not appear to the public as a good healthy brand as they were not reliable or honest. They still stocked almost 300 items made from fabric made using the trees. Module Brief & Initial Research

You will develop an understanding of how to apply these skills and methodologies to a fashion brand, and will demonstrate this through creating a Brand Marketing Report, based on auditing their current positioning, whilst advising on what they could improve on, or change in order to re-establish the brand. Dolce and Gabanna From looking into all 6 of the brands that were listed I had a few initial research collected to how the brands are in the current market.
