Employee Interview

From gaining some information about what customers thought about Hollister at Meadowhall. I asked the Staff some questions and opinions about both brands as they work for the company. For some of the questions they ignored what was asked and just repeated the word inconclusive, in a sentence as a method of ignoring the question. 

- Store manager
Worked there for 4 years in the position, but over all 8 years in total. 
The changes brought to the company is huge, as the how brands involved have become more improved and well rounded, from previous controversies. It's more inconclusive. The whole development has changed from the past.  
It's more of a fashion based company, following more trends that are out there, which is gaining more attention for Hollister, Not much for A&F.
The main competitors are, Zara, H&M, Urban Outfitters And Topshop. (More fast fashion in trend, based). 
The use of the influencers has worked more and has been much more of success when the development fir Hollister.
(Inconclusive has been the one word used too much) 
Wasn't able to tell me the hero product, or what major changes had occurred?

- Store Representative 
Having changed the brand direction it allowed more customers to attend, and whole style has changed. From the California style, flip-flops and beach its developed and expanded in two different trends.
More inconclusive to teenagers and has also allowed more adults to like the style. So the target demographic can be nearly anyone as anyone can come and buy.
Collaborations have worked more in the states than in the UK. More people had bought For Noah Cyrus, thank Khalid, which didn't sell more as he was less known. 
The store is generally busy at the start of the weekends.
As well as does agree with customers the layout of the store is difficult as it's hard to find many things, and it is too cramped to walk around.
